I've been taking the time to get myself up to speed with CS5, writing a few scripts to automate various processes, that sort of thing. (Stuff I'd put off because I've been too busy.) I'm reasonably familiar with AppleScript, enough to be able to pull apart scripts and figure out how they work and use the pieces to build my own.
One issue I came up against (though I did find my way around it), was determing what the active page in a document was. If I were just in ID, say, if I were pasting something in place, just clicking on the page would be enough to make it "active." But according to AppleScript, the active page is whatever page is highlighted (highlit?) in the Pages pallette, and my clicking on a page doesn't seem to change this.
Is there some other easy method for a script to know which page I'm working on?
