I downloaded the CS5 demo this week and installed it on a Windows 7 PC.
I am using InDesign to produce a 24-page 4-color magazine with lots of links, photos, graphics, etc. I am getting regular crashes...one an hour or so. By contrast, CS3 (I never upgraded to CS4) never crashed. Its stability was one of the many things I liked about it.
I am starting to keep a log of what I was doing when the program crashed...but it my early sens is that it is happening during a copy/paste or cut/paste operation...within the document or between InDesign documents.
I know it is early...but has anyone else seen this? Anyone know if, despite Adobe's claim that this is a "full working version," whether there may be something in the demo version that would not be found in the purchased version?
