I have ID5 and ID4 running alongside each other - I still have a few
print issues that have not been resolved so can't give up on 4
altogether.

My basic workflow is open existing docs in 4 and create new ones in 5.

However, going to the finder (Mac OSX.5.8) Cmd-I on a ID file, change
Open with to CS4 and click change all, doesn't work - the "default"
app momentarily holds on ID4, then magically springs back to CS5... so
double clicking gets me to 5 not 4...

Any work arounds?

I know there used to be a ute that allowed you to define which ID
version would open a certain file - is there one for CS4 / CS5, in the
vein of Rorohiko' Soxy , but free of course!
