There are a few plugins I used in InDesign CS2 that (I believe) don't exist for CS4. Like InModify and InEffects. When I open a CS2 file in CS4 I get and dismiss the warning. But that doesn't end it.

I don't have trouble revising and saving the file. But when I try to Package it I get a message that says the file cannot be packaged until the missing plugins are installed. The plugins don't exist for CS4 and I don't think the plugins are doing anything visible, but there is no way to tell the warning dialog to forget them. Unless I'm missing it.

I thought perhaps I could export the file in that alternative format, which I thought was "inx" or something like that - but couldn't find the path or Help info on it.
