I tried to make a list of the numbered examples in a document and paste it at the end of the document, on a blank page. I used the Table of Contents facility, and got a loaded cursor, which I hate. Sure enough, trying to paste the list of examples at the end of the document didn't go very well: the text frame (from a master page) on the blank page was ignored and the list of examples appeared in a new text frame whose dimensions bore little relation to those of the one on the page. I tried clicking in the empty frame, shift-clicking, option-clicking, and so on, but could never make the text in the loaded cursor simply flow into the pre-existing frame on the page. What am I doing wrong?
