I'm trying to set up master pages for a 2-column page layout. But I don't want to end up with two separate text boxes, one for each column, on each page. I want one double-wide text box with a gutter.
Can this only be accomplished by placing the double-wide text boxes on my master pages? There's no way to do this when just using margins and letting the text flow to automatically create the text boxes?
TIA.
