Someone gave me a big horrible WordPerfect (version 9 for Windows, I
think) file that I can't open in Word. My version of Word is pretty
old (2000), so maybe that's the problem. Maybe newer versions of Word
would be able to open the WP file.

Any ideas on how to open the file so I can get it into a format I can
use? Ideally, I'd like to get it into a database (it's a directory)
which will eventually be used to produce a book in ID.

FWIW, the file's over 97 MB. I think it's got photos (hundreds of
them) embedded in the file.
