My xml was changed to make separate tags for <emphasis-bold>, etc. Import of the xml was successful.
I'm using the running header variable now, and it works successfully. Is it possible to have more than one character style associated with a running header variable? Sometimes the text in the rh has to be bold-italics. Has anyone run into this? How did you resolve?
