1. Can't find where to export at 200% a hi res pdf in ID export pdf? 2. When I try to "print" a pdf, either by selecting pdf from the bottom left printer option or by selecting the top drop-down Acrobat 9 the pdf disappears on my mac pro. How to find it please?
