positive look behind & negative lookahead
(?<=[FMnTW0.]) ?- ?(?!\d{3,4})

I'd like to add the word On to the 3,4 digits (3,4 digits get rid of phone #s) in the negative lookahead.
Is adding "On" possible as brackets [] literalize everything inside?
